This Return Policy applies solely to purchases made through BiblioFlow. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy does not override any statutory rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund Policy - The Basics

Physical Products (Books, Journals, Stationery, etc.)
We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your physical product, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 
Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital products (eBooks, downloadable journals, PDFs, etc.)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

 
Return Process:

  1. Email help@biblioflow.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What to Include in the Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue downloading your item, or if you receive the wrong file, please contact us at help@biblioflow.com so we can resolve it promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at help@biblioflow.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

 

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
